Technical:

Scraper to be built efficiently, leveraging exposed back-end API's rather than standard HTML web-scraping, which allows for faster and more accurate data extraction.

Note - In some cases there will not be an exposed API, and the process will default to HTML scraping

This is written in Python 3.12 and supplied in a format of your choosing (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc..).

The Python scraper itself can also be provided in a user friendly format, should you need to re-run this in the future.

Additional Information

¹ Utilizing API's may not always be an option, however, I am very good at finding access points. In the rare event that one cannot be found, other methods will be used in favour of HTML scraping which is an absolute worst case scenario.

² An additional fee of $25 AUD will be applied to document the code and make it user-friendly for people unfamiliar with Python.

Disclaimer: All data will be stored by default within a private SQL Server database to allow querying and extraction should the data be needed in the future. This is a secure on-premises database that is unable to be accessed externally unless on request. While I reserve rights to resell data in the future, any personal information or data owned by the client will never be sold, and deleted after 30 days or upon request.
